TriStellar.com, LLC reserves the right to terminate the account, without refund, of any account holder found to be in violation of the following terms, conditions and policies. TriStellar.com, LLC makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, regarding either the services provided or the data stored on the TriStellar.com, LLC server. TriStellar.com, LLC will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by the account holder due to any reason including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss or delay of service, inaccuracy of data, etc. The use of services and data is completely at the account holders risk and TriStellar.com, LLC does not guarantee a specific level of service. TriStellar.com, LLC will not be responsible for account holder's data. Account holders are responsible for properly backing up their own data in the case of server failure. Account holders are also responsible for the accurate transmission of all data to the server. In addition, TriStellar.com, LLC offers no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, legitimacy and/or quality of any data
residing on TriStellar.com, LLC's server.
Account holders are required to agree to use TriStellar.com, LLC services only for lawful purposes. Transmission or publication of material in violation of any U.S. or state laws, regulations or statutes is expressly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material protected by copyright, trademark or patent - including unauthorized transmission and distribution of copyrighted software, obscene material, child pornography, harassment, material protected by trade secret, and any other forms of illegal activities. TriStellar.com, LLC reserves the right to remove any material violating this policy immediately upon discovery. Account holders are also required to agree to refrain from any type of use of services that constitute harassing or abusive behavior including, but not limited to, spamming, mailbombing, trolling, using incorrect return email address when soliciting business, posting of private or defamatory information about any person. TriStellar.com, LLC reserves the right to decide what constitutes harassing or abusive behavior. Account holder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify TriStellar.com, LLC from any liability, claim, loss, damage, lawsuit or expenses resulting from account holder's use of these services that cause direct or indirect damage to the account holder or anyone else. TriStellar.com, LLC reserves the right to terminate service for any reason without prior notice. Any account holder that wishes to cancel their account must notify TriStellar.com, LLC in writing. Upon cancellation, unused fees may be returned to account holder on a prorated basis. Set-up fees, first month's fee and current month's fee are not refundable. If TriStellar.com, LLC terminates any account due to violation of Acceptable Use Agreement unused fees will not be returned.
Tristellar.com, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if service payments are not made within 30 days of invoice due date. If payment is not made by invoice due date any previously applicable early payment discounts are voided. Account holders are responsible for any charges accrued up to date of termination.
All TriStellar.com, LLC account holders must be over the age of eighteen (18). TriStellar.com, LLC will not enter into any contract with anyone who can not show proof that they are over 18.
